Established in 1991 along a secluded stretch of Mediterranean coast, Verdantforestkeep was built for travellers who judge worth by how a place makes them feel, not by what it shows off. We began with six rooms, a kitchen, and a small bar. Now we hold 100 keys, three restaurants and one private gaming salons, yet the first kitchen still prepares dinner each evening.
Across the casino floors and spa terraces, every space and every ritual is shaped by people who have devoted their careers to hospitality. Our head sommelier has stayed with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan here; it is the whole idea.
We carry a five-star rating from every guide that counts, yet the praise we treasure most is the one we cannot hang on a wall: more than 72 percent of our reservations each year come from guests who have stayed with us before. That is the only figure we track.

Our kitchen follows whatever the coast offers each morning. The menu shifts weekly; the craft does not.
Worth knowing
Is there a dress code?+
After dark, smart casual is expected in our restaurants and across the principal casino floor. Gentlemen should wear closed shoes and a collared shirt; a jacket from our cloakroom is available on request. Daytime beachwear suits the pools and lagoon bars. From 19:00 onwards, trainers, beachwear, and swim shorts are not allowed in the main restaurants.
How far is the airport?+
Roughly thirty-five minutes by private car on the coastal road under typical traffic, or fifty-five minutes when your driver chooses the scenic inland path through the vineyards (ideal on arrival days when you are not pressed for time). From the resort helipad by helicopter, the trip takes twelve minutes door-to-door.
What ages are admitted?+
The estate welcomes adult guests aged 18 and over only, consistent with our gaming licence and the nature of the resort. Valid government-issued photo identification may be asked for upon arrival. Children are gladly received at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly organise the booking and transfers between the two estates.
Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes. Chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce private transfers can be arranged when you reserve your stay, or as late as two hours before you arrive. Guests who need to move quickly may use our helipad, which operates from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Either option can be billed to your suite.
